We have sponsor my wife family on Agust 2007.

Assuming our file will open by May-Jun 2010.

So far We meet togther LICO requirement in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

This year (2010) , i have steady job but my wife contract will end on May 2010 then she will be on Layoff.

Is it going to effect our file ?

Are they gonna ask current job letter from both of us ? do they consider temporary layoff as income ?

CIC does not ask for income proof when your sponsorship file is opened, unless you were just above the LICO at the time of application.

Hi guys,

I had sent sponsorship application in October 2007 for my parent. (Mississauga)

I have baby born in July 2008.

Is it necessary to send information about baby born? (new dependent)

Thanks,

You should inform them right way...

Send them letter and copy of birth certi along with Fee receipt ( easy to pull out your file)
