My PR Card has expired. I have applied for renewal but will take four to six weeks to come.

I have an emergency situation (My father is in ICU) in India and need to travel to India asap.

I was advised to go to Buffalo office and apply for the travel document. I can then use it to travel outside Canada and come back without problems.

I have the Visitor VISA for USA (for 10 years).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A TRAVEL DOCUMENT FROM BUFFALO? DO THEY ISSUE IT ON THE SAME DAY?
