Watched this movie on Saturday and enjoyed it. Leonardo DiCaprio plays a federal marshal who is sent to a mental institution on an island to investigate the case of a missing inmate. What follows next forms the crux of the movie.

Providing any further details about the story/plot would result into giving away the mystery of the movie. The direction is excellent (Martin Scorsese) - esp. the use of light (and darkness) and flashbacks, so is the acting by all the lead members.

This is a movie that really tests your brain. If you like psychological thrillers, go see this in theatres. It won't be fun watching this movie on DVD.
