My PR status is to expiring soon.I'm confused should i renew it ,take citizenship or... all seniors kindly advice please.

It takes THREE Months Plus to get it renewed. Renew it first, That secures your PR Status for the next FIVE Years. Then do the thinking. (Just in case.....you need it for?..)

It will take more than a year to get passport if you apply now. I would suggest you renew your PR card incase you may have to travel outside canada

I meant the Canadian Passport. OP is looking for choice between applying for Canadian citizenship and PR card renewal
