I wonder why "few selected CDs" are mum on this issues? While one of the issue is pretty frustrating, second is to be lauded.
America's back peddling on allowing Indian officials to interrogate David Headley. It may be possible that US might just provide details of interrogation to Indian officials, filtering out the information that might be too sensitive.
My blood just boils on reading these news item. US, especially democrats have always sided Pakistan and Obama/Hillary are no exception. Equally frustrating is the fact that Headley visited India so many times but went unnoticed. Finally he got caught, but by US officials. We might never be able to get the full information about Bombay attacks

On other hand, Supreme Court of India has given a very mature judgement decriminalising premarital and live-in relationship. Sex between consenting adults if legal, and government has no business in citizen's bedroom. I hope that the live-in relationships now get the same legal right as married couples. India should emulate Canada on this issue. This will prevent exploitation, esp. of women in such relationships.
I have no problem with Supreme court giving example of Krishna and Radha. My religious feelings are not hurt at all by that precedence.
And kudos to Khushboo for bringing in this change in Indian society
