Can anybody please decode the line:

PAPER FILE SENT TO:REG BF FILE TO: ID1 ON 1/5/2004

Hi,

BFD means Bring Forward date.
ID1 is the code of the immigration officer.

Your file will be viewed by the officer ID1 on 1/5/2004.

Just wondering, Can we ask for CAIPS notes again? Does it effect processing of file?
