One of my friend need some help in buying house in Toronto near Keel & lawrence Avenue.

Would appreciate if any one could give a rough idea on the value of houses ( 2-3 Bedroom with car park).

It is good that you are helping your friend.

In Canada is very rare that people actually spend time for others, everyone is very busy doing their own daily activity. Mostly they don’t have enough time for them self (or pretend to be busy .

Your Friend should talk to RE agent. They will give them best compression, it’s always better to sit with them and discussed so both has clear understanding and come up with better result. –let me know if you need good RE agent I hv tied up with one of the good one.

There is also one thing your friends should looks into is getting mortgage.
Banks rules have been changes and will be very difficult to qualify without having proper documentation (packaging the deal).
