I have worked in Canada for over an year and came back to india in Feb 10. Now I want to apply for PR. Kindly suggest me if Iam eligible for apply. If so, can I apply with the help of my friends in Canada(by sending the necessary documents to them) or can I apply for it from India itself. Which of these options is quick and easier.

Did you study here?

Did you get through any post graduate education for a minimum period of TWO GOOD Years.?
studio2891: No

Did you get a work permit here after your studies and work here subsequently for a period of one year?
studio2891: No

Did you come down on a work permit and work here for ONE GOOD Year?
studio2891: Yes

Do you have a Visa with multiple entry?
studio2891: Yes

Is it still valid and can you return back?
studio2891: It was getting expired in Feb 2010 and hence I had to come back to India.

Did you have enough points to qualify for Immigrating into Canada?
studio2891: Yes

Now, do you have enough funds to keep you and your dependents here in Canada for a twelve month period?
studio2891: Yes

Kindly advice on how can I proceed with PR application.

You should have extended the Work Permit or applied for an extension and continued on here.

You missed the bus. Now get an application form and fill out the form and submit PHOTO COPIES of all of the required documents and also the employers report with recommendation there in, and wait for a call.

It will take an year or longer.
