If this forum is not to put jokes then forum should remove HAVE FUN" subject completely. For your information, everybody is doing link or cut and paste job on the forum. I hope you are not thinking all cut and paste is self creative or members write them themselves

There is no new catogory and all.
These are just new tactics adopted by immigration agencies to cash it on desperate attempts of people who long to come to Canada thinking that this is a great job oppertunity providing country.
What these agencies normally do is that they will tell you that they could guarentee your immigration by one year by the following methods (one or a combination of all)
1. Attempt to give you a labour job / false job offer.
2. Filing your application in low demand countries (like Syria)
3. Just blatently lie that you will get your immigration in 1 year and then postpone it saying that the customer did not pay the fees on time, Canadian minority govt., that the client/customer did not respond immediately to any queries etc ...
4. Try to put you in the PNP
At this juncture, I must make it clear that the Canadian Govt. says that it makes NO difference in the immigration proces whether you file the application yourself or through an agent/lawyer (but if you do a survey, you will find that you have more chances of speeding up the process / waiver of interview, if you use an agent/immigration lawyer etc.. as some do have some inside govt. contacts. But the bigger question is that, are you willing to waste 3-8 lakhs for 3months - 2 year faster processing and landing up in labour jobs anyways- unless you are in IT or Finance?)
Again, the Govt. knows all this but will do nothing, as they need more people to feed the factories/ system etc...

TK, it is just IT jobs now, even finance and accounts jobs are rare.
Just got information 2 days back that, like US, canada is also going to stop giving work permit and will ask companies to train canadians. Getting work permit will be difficult unless the companies prove that talented/skilled people are not available in canada.
This will bring a ray of hope to people in canada who are jobless. There are too many TCS,satyam, etc employees on work permit in toronto.
