Where does it say 10% failure rate? It says 90.3% on time delivery, so the rest is delivered late. It does not mean 10% of packages go missing. I do not think anybody would a trust a system where 10% of packages go missing.

Failure to deliver on time...(did not mention failure to deliver itself...)

Well, I guess thats what happens when people are hired based on 'whom' they know, as opposed to 'what' they know .......

Thanks for clarifying. The thread is about Canadapost failed to deliver the passport. You are mixing it up with stats from on-time delivery.

I just had recent incident with Canada post.

They suppose to deliver High speed modem at my place....

On Tracking number it says its deliver but we didn’t not received anything.
i call them and they say they cannot do anything..i have to ask my internet provider to call them.

mixe up " the same day we received REgister letter from Canada post which my wife signed ... somehow they got mixed up with letter and modem ...they are doing investigation...B...S...

i ask my internet provider to send me new modem i cannot wait for their investigation... the funny story is..they still use canada post again..i ask them to UPS or any other but not Canada post..But no luck... now i am waiting for other modem and still worried that it might get lost again...

i hv new tracking number , i called Canada post and ask them that is there a way that i can pick it up from head office ... they said no --- Canada post does not allow any interruptions on delivery...so my best bet is to wait and hope they deliver on time...

Blue_Peafowl, from whatever you have written, it looks like your Internet provider mixed up the packages, never sent the modem and sent the letter by registerd post instead of modem. Did you check if the tracking number you were given and the number on letter is same?
