If your application has been accepted and a FILE Number has been issued to you by the CHC in London. (U.K.) You can request the Registrar of the Punjab University to issue to you or directly to the CHC in London with the Marks list and the exam results directly to them. Some offices require a direct communication.

You know the years in which you attended and studied there and completed your Education at the Punjab University and the field and faculty in which you studied. You might also have a student number and the relevant details they will need. All of the phone numbers are listed here and it will be wise if you can get hold of them and have a conversation with some one there and follow through with their requirements and the fees associated and the mode of payments that they will accept and the banking systems that they use.

After you get all of the details try and get the needed papers in a sealed envelope with an additional copy for your use, which you can open and see for yourself as to the contents of the sealed envelope.

You will have to submit the sealed one to the Canadian High Commission in U.K. , since your application is routed through them. Have the CHC address and all of the details ready when you are talking with them.
