Whats wrong with young black guys?

Before you all shout 'Racist' and pounce on me please understand I don't mean to offend any race here. I am just passing on my observations what I found in Toronto.
I have black friends who don't fit the category of people I am talking about.
o.k. here we go:
I never really understand why most of the young people wandering/loitering around in small plazas / corner shops doing nothing happens mostly to be young black guys.
Typically they wear loose baggy pants and loose t.shirt / if the weather is not too hot then a sweater with hood (with a cap under neath it) (Not sure why one has to wear a hood and also a cap !!)
And if they don't wear a sweater , they wear a cap backwards. Not sure how wearing a cap backwards helps anyone. The front part of the cap is supposed to protect your face from the sun, why the hell do they wear backwards
I mean they are otherwise healthy people, why don't they go and work somewhere and make some money? I am still puzzled why I see a disproportionate amount of black young people loitering than to say a South Asian / Chinese or white males

probably single parent raising them...... or being discriminated by the society.
You should in fact consider yourself fortunate that these guys are possibly harmless...go south and you will get the real taste of it. (of course not talking about president and that rich famous talk show host)

Nothing wrong...just hanging out..lets hook them up with Amway folks to get them busy.
In India we protect the face so that we don't get dark....what difference does it make to them, can they get more dark??
oh there are tonnes of folks who wear the caps backwords and in following cases
1) When sun is setting because sun is behind your face
2) When you are more concern about your neck than your face
3) When you are looking back
4) Dimag kharab hone par
5) To mislead some folks that you have 2 faces?
6) When you face is like neck

Wow btw i have been approached by first generation indians for free cig or loose change and i declined .
my feedback, a black girlfriend and living in an apartment is a terrible combination, as its noisy, neighbors will not appreciate it
frankly i never cared about what black are wearing or doing,
also i know some blacks living in welfare buildings coz they have some amazing parties
i tend to look at the better side of things and some benefit
GTA is a heaven if u compare to Gary, Indiana and East St. Louis, Missouri. Wearing the cap backwards has no meaning. They may think its a style statement. Do they have single parents? May be. No one talk sense to them.

You are right. If you go to Detroit, you'll probably come back dead unless you are in one of those sanitised streets by the river and few streets by Wayne State University.
