Private Medical Insurance post landing for initial 3 Months

Hi, I plan to land at Toronto with family 2nd week of July. I understand that I can apply for OHIP only after 3 months of stay and need temporary insurance.

Can someone pls advice if I should take private Health insurance from India (eg. ICICI Lombard provides health insurance cashless facility for immigrants) or from any other private health insurance company in Canada

Is ICICI Lombard can be reliable ?
