Thanks TK n Brown Bear for your inputs.TK,had we known that the price of paying a rent of 900 would mean poor mantnc and other issues, we would have never opted for this place. True we needed to have researched a bit more but time prevented this, now we have to look ahead. We have not seen the small ceatures post that night but I do not want to live in constant fear of them coming back. We are appealing to the mangmnt,hoping they will allow for us to move out with a 60 day notice. Do wish well for us and we pray that other newcomers may learn from our experience.
