my experience as immgrant in canada says people who are having a decent job in india or anywhere else should think hundred times before moving to canada in present scenario becuz right now job market is at it's worst position. So think thousand times before leaving your present job just for moving to canada instead wait for good times and then migrate this is one of the worst times for jobs and so for migrating to canada.
fortunately i came on leave and did not leave my job inindia before coming here and i am going back to join my job in india. I am happy for that and want others also not to take the risk.

You are having 10 yr experience that means you are 30+ so you are at a big disadvantage due to age becuz older you are, more difficult it is to succeed. So think not thousand times but million times in your case.
