5 Years back I came to Canada as a permanent resident at that time I have USA Green Card. My family member didn't have GC.

Than after I never been to USA and as per USA law GC no more valid.
Now I am eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship .

What should I write in citizenship form(question 6 D)
"Do you have permanent resident status in any other country?"

Please guide me for a right answer.

The answer to that question is NO. Because currently you don't have that status.

You have provided them with a Police clearance to that location for them to verify, with dates etc., So, that covers that question and the NO answer.

Write NO.
They are asking about any other country - not canada
