Hello friend!

I m presently with bell for home phone and internet and pay $52.
I use magic jack for long distance calls.
And raza for India calls.

Not happy with bell for internet speed.Magic Jack is a hasstle....so looking for a change.

Vonage (US) $25 deal for unlimited local and international calling is very attractive but I have few issues:

1.I have ADT home security alam system.ADT says you need a regular phone line.Vonage said it might work.Is anyone using vonage has ADT?

2. 911-Vonage said once we ship the adapter to ur U.S address, you can change the address and u will have 911 access. Can someone confirm that?

3.Billing: They want a US credit card which means I have to send mone to my relative every month. Is there any way to have a pay them directly?

Thanks in advance!

Why don't you try with Teksavvy phone and internet. They are bell wholesaler but much cheaper.

Are you using Teksavvy?(or anyone using can give a review about service).
How is the internet speed and technical support?

I have been using TekSavvy for 2 years now. No complaints whatsoever. Better speeds, customer service and cheaper compared to any mainstream ISP

I called Teksavy to find out about rates and check out their service. It took 24 mintues for an agent to answer my call. And she gave me a rate of $68 for phone and internet whereas I m presently paying $52 to bell.

So Teksavy is out for me.Any other suggestions???
