I guess you need to go through the assessment that is provided in the CIC site where in one of the optional criteria for more points is current employment at canada and how long irrespective of whether you work for a company in India or not which is irrevelant.
You could send your documents for assessment to Nova Scotia and get an eligibility assessment (Federal Skilled worker Category) after which your case will be transfered to the New Delhi Consulate if you have probably been in canada for less then a year.
As for bringing your family, if you plan to bring them now you have the freedom man as long as you are ready to shell out the the travel and visa expenses, you can always apply for a visitors visa. You dont need your company's nod for that.

i tried self assessment test my score is 76 with arranged employment but as i am not paying any taxes here is ok for PR and how i can apply for my spouse as visit visa or open workpermit because on visiter visa my kids can not study here.

I think you should just go back and not think any of sort of immigration...you are better off in India
