I will request people living in this area to please share your views on how well are these areas to live. How are schools their etc.
My job is very much in this area. But I live in Brampton as of now. I have just shifted to Canada from England 2 months back.
Though we started living in castle more area in Brampton. But quality of public school seems petty low their for my kids.
I am not satisfied With that area. Would like to shift to Richmond hill or Markham. So people please living in Richmond hill
Or Markham please share your view on localities & its public school.

In general, both are excellent areas to live; but I would like to mention that Markham and Richmond Hill too have some pockets of neighborhoods where you wouldn't want to move.
Have a look at the fraser institute reports for schools before you select a specific neigbourhood to move.
Some areas I would recommend are: Angus Glen (Markham), immediate area around Bayview Hill, Redstone, Richmond Rose, Silverstream public schools. Buying a house in these areas can be pretty pricey.
I would avoid areas around apartment buildings (not condos).
Choose a local real estate agent and he may be able to shed more light on highly desirable areas in RH/M. Make sure he is an experienced RE agent and not just scrambling to make a sale!

Another quick one: Don't assume that a certain school would definitely serve the neighbourhood you choose. Call YRDSB and confirm the school boundaries if this is a main re-locating factor for you. Sometimes it is just a matter of this side or that side of the street..
