Address is not printed on Canadian passport. There is a page where you can fill the address yourself though. I have not filled it and nobody has asked me to fill it also when I have traveled with it.

I think people were leaving India to a country that requires no visa for Indian nationals (nepal???) and then leave Nepal as Canadian citizens. Of course, you might as well be a CIA agent if you have the desire to do such a convoluted and secret ridden illegal travel
