Why do u want to sell land in india.. Property in india even if it is in a small town will appreciate..

Wait for some time before u buy a house here.. Start off by getting a secured credit card and build a credit history for a year.

In the meantime u will find a area where u want to live and have a job..

When u decide to buy take a mortgage and buy a house.. Getting easy credit is the best part of living in this country
