I think you have to count 3 (& not 5) as a total number of family members - which will drop you to C$34,306.

By the time you get around and file the application the total wait times both Mississauga and New Delhi will be around 8 Years.

When I applied several years ago, CIC advised me that I should be counting my parents to determine the LICO figure.

In the Sponsorship Guide, CIC has a Table "Basic Income Required by Sponsor to Meet Basic Needs of Own Family". In there, they have an entry of "1" as "Total Number of Family Members". You are Sponsoring so that "1" is always you.
