2) My wife is 1.5 months pregnant so, will she get the visa?
4) do i need to fill separate form IMM5257E.pdf for both of us?
5) In form IMM5257E.pdf , in the field \"Fund available for my stay ($CAD)\" what should be amount do i need to write for my wife?
6) do i need to show any minimum balance in my bank to support visa application?

She might qualify for Visitor visa or spousal visa .

Not a good idea to reveal some facts unless specifically asked .
4) do i need to fill separate form IMM5257E.pdf for both of us?
Not aware
5) In form IMM5257E.pdf , in the field \"Fund available for my stay ($CAD)\" what should be amount do i need to write for my wife?
The truth .
6) do i need to show any minimum balance in my bank to support visa application?
Not really ..Person on work permit need not to show min balance .
7) do my wife needs to have any medical test which is harmful to pregnancy?
Generally speaking you should refrain from traveling in early stages of pregnancy ( i.e. upto 90 days but vary from person to person ) . I have not heard if anyone on a short visit to Canada was asked for any specific medical test unless the person is a senior citizen .
8) do my wife need medical insurance for canada visit?
I would strongly recommend you to get one but be aware that any pre existing conditions are not covered . If you know someone in Canada than have them buy the policy before your arrival .
I will write more questions if i have more.
Good Luck
Thanks in advance.!
Thanks
Amit

Growing Old Is Mandatory ..Growing UP is Optional
1) Which visa should my wife need to apply? she is not working. she is housewife. Most likely, she will be refused a visitor visa as you are coming to Canada on business visit and the spouse is not part of company sponsorship and besides, you will be involved in business activities for your company.
2) My wife is 1.5 months pregnant so, will she get the visa? Your wife's pregnency has got nothing to do with the visa refusal but follow my answer to your first question.
4) do i need to fill separate form IMM5257E.pdf for both of us? same form
5) In form IMM5257E.pdf , in the field \\\"Fund available for my stay ($CAD)\\\" what should be amount do i need to write for my wife? You dont need to show any funds since it is a business visit and only your company is financially responsible for your business visit.
6) do i need to show any minimum balance in my bank to support visa application? Follow answer to Q#5.
7) do my wife needs to have any medical test which is harmful to pregnancy? No, any person visiting Canada for less than 6 months is exempted from medical requirements unless specified.
8) do my wife need medical insurance for canada visit? No
