Ours is a unique case, as me and my wife are both residents of Ontario but she is on contract work in Quebec.

I work for an airline out of Toronto and commute back and forth as we still have our permanent address in Ontario, she does the same.
We have an apt in Quebec but go back and forth to Ontario quiet regularly, question is now that were having a baby and looks like her contract ends June end and the baby is due in Aug, we are thinking of having the baby here in Quebec as all the checks upto then will be with the same doctor (were hoping) (We are yet to see a doctor and don't have one in Ontario as we've never had to go to see one)

We are still looking for some advice on if OHIP will cover out medical expenses here in Quebec including the delivery and how we'd go about claiming EI after that, whether Quebec or Ontario..

My work deducts Ontario Taxes, while hers deducts Quebec taxes..

Any help regarding this would be appreciated,
