Very doubtful, if you'll get it in India. Magicjack is a North America VOIP, and I don't think they sell it in India. Most people just buy it here and send it to India. That would be you best bet. It goes on sale from time to time. Over Christmas a friend bought it for around $30 in TO

You can try ebay.ca. See if they will ship to India though it will take several weeks. If you already have a paypal account with Canadian address, better clarify with the seller if they will ship to an address that is different from paypal address.
