Hi CD friends,
Last quarter we were expecting interest rates to remain stable for atleast the end of 2011, things now started to improve and we might expect the rates to start the upward move, can the experts on the forum throw some light on what do we expect in the next 6 months from now?

Predicting interest rates correctly is not possible even by Bank of Canada's Governor as there are so many factors affecting the rate, so mortals on this forum can make only an educated guess which is like flipping a coin which can go either way so I do not think you will get many (correct?) responses to your question.
