You feel no problem when a born-in-India becomes a premier, minister or MP in Canada. I don't think you should call Sonia 'videshi' - atleast after having seen the world.

Please respect the decision made by millions of Indians in rejecting BJP.

Look at the name of this website - Canadian Desi - we are Canadian first. Sonia is Indian first. I would comment on her inexperience but certainly not on her place of birth.

BJP is responsible for mass murder of Muslims in Gujarat and you still want them to win.

Offcource everyone have to accept this decesion. I voted for Congress exactly due to gujrat thing. The way Modi was projected great leader by moving him everywhere for election speeches all over india It was a slap on the face on indian secular values. Good BJP got lessons.

Where is the question of not respecting the worlds largest democracy? Of course a 1000 million brains are better than anyone..

And who has said anything about Sonia.. she may be Italian by birth but the Congress is nothing without Sonia today. All you would have is a set of cronies otherwise.. Long live the dynasty...

As they say. The king is dead - long live the king...

In India either of the two families/ parivars can rule - Sangh Parivar or gandhi Parivar.. rest all are not worth it...:D

Lights, Camera, Action!!

Want to see some horse trading in the coming days?.. keep your eyes on Indian politics.

There would be RK Dhawans, Jaitleys, Guru Govindacharyas and Jaipal reddys doing rounds of different politicians and offices over the next couple of weeks. Who shall meet the PResident first to form the Govt? I think it would be Sonia Gandhi.

My gut feel says that the new Government wouldn't last a five year terms. What do you all say guys....?

We are entering a critical and unstable phase in INdian politics here.

And Want to see some hypocrisy? - Dont have to go far away. Just see the Congress camp!!!
