Hi,my parents in law and my mother live in Pakistan. Me and my husband want to sponser 3 of them for canadian immigration at the same time. My husband is earning mroe than $60,000 a year and we already have three kids. Here are my few questions
!) Can my hsuband sponser all three of them at same time on this income?
2) My mother (my husband's mother in law) is a widow and lives alone in pakistan and does not have enough income. Does that weakens or strenthens her case?
3) How long the process will take?
Thanks!

1, check income criteria for dependent sponsorship on cic.gc.ca. you will have 8 people after the immigration....
2. Nope, does not matter (your mother will always be your husband's mother-in-law )
3. ATLEAST 5 years from date of putting in sponsorship applications.
Your husband can sponsor his parents. You will have to sponsor your mother and he can co-sponsor your application. Both applications can be filed separately and at the same time.
On an income of $60,000 - he will not meet the criteria according to the CIC criteria to sponsor both his parents and your mother. For a family unit of 7 ( your family + husband's parents), he needs approx $58,827. For an additional person (your mother). he needs approx another $6000. Refer to this link for more details
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5196E10.asp
The process will take a minimum of eight years, at the current processing time-lines -4 years for your sponsorship to be approved plus another 3-4 years for the PR processing in your home country.
Income of the sponsored parents has no effect or bearing on the sponsorship application. Neither weakens or strengthens the case.
Thank you both
my husband is earning around $71,000 a year so that means he does fall under that criteria?????
