Hi,
We did our first landing in Canada on 6th June 2008 and left on 18th June 2008.
Now we are re-landing next month for good and plan to stay back in Canada. Our PR is valid until 27th June 2013.
Is there a re-landing document to be collected at the immigration? Will we face any questions by immigration for staying away for 3 years?
If you have PR cards with you ..... no issues
LOL Relanding..
U only land once.. After that ur status becomes Permanent resident also know as landed immigrant..
U will need ur PR card to return to canada, if u dont have it then u will have to get a travel document from canadian consulate.
Quote:You will probably be ok since you have a PR Card and still have enough time to meet the residency obligations.
