Visitor Visa for minor......

anyone have idea what kind of objection letter they are asking for Visa purpose?

VFS website says the needs following items to get visa.

Do they accept hand written or regular printed copy and signed by us will work to get visa or not?

Kindly attach following documents to your visa application

Notes:

When the applicant is a minor (less than 18 years of age)
1. No objection letter from either of the parents, if the applicant is traveling alone or with one parent.
2. Photocopies of both parents’ passports.
3. Both parents should sign the visa applicationform.

your input would be much appriciated

OCI is taking 2-3 months now, but us should probably have it by aug.

I think visitor visas can be obtained with in a week.. this should be back up plan

No objection letter is a letter from the one parent permitting the child to travel with other parent.

There are innumerable abduction cases in this country because one parent takes the child overseas on vacation and other parent goes and files police complaint.
