Hi,

I would like to know if there are customers available to buy Indian Groceries available online.

This is a kind of survey for people living around and in GTA who can not spare time for this, who does not have car or can't go to store for any other reason.

Also people who live far away from Toronto Area like Kingston, London, Thunder Bay and Fort McMurray (AB) or anywhere in Canada can help us by suggesting their comments on this question.

I know buying grocery is very hard job. Particularly when it’s a time to enjoy with your family and that time one has to spend to buy the groceries. One who lives far away from the Indian Stores has to drive a long and sacrifice an important holiday.

So, we’re planning to start a service to serve our Indian Community by providing an online grocery shopping.

Thanks for your time to read this and suggesting your valuable opinion.

Well it is a fantastic idea:clap:
However if the service charge remains reasonable....you can get lots of customers:cool:

We used to buy groceries in Singapore online.....we were willing to pay upto 5-8% extra for the convenience..... But then we expected to get good quality always..... Also, if we felt that we were being overcharged beyond a certain level, we usually stopped..... This was also the case with our friends.....

If you can't maintain quality, price and a no questions asked return/ exchange policy..... It would be difficult to attract and retain customers.....

I would order groceries online.....all the best.....

I don't know about other grocery.. but I would like someone to deliver milk everyday at my doorstep. I go to the grocery store. But I don't like milkbags as they are inconvenient to carry.
I can best imagine a scenario where delivering a milk can be a good business especially in GTA... Like doodhwala delivering milk or (milkbag) at your doorstep in early morning like India...

Failed concept... Good luck reviving it..

Many companies have gone bankrupt trying to run business with this concept

Do you remember some / name some ?

Asking this as I find that apart from others who consider grocery shopping as an outing for most people its a mundane time consuming routine for most working couples .
