2> What kind of appointment letter is required.
3> how the Education evaluation needs to be handled.

This will save money for future TN aspirants in avoiding TN lawyers

Alrighdy folks. Got my TN this morning at Pearson.
Here is what I did different from the first time;

1) Hired a TN lawyer
2) Changed the application category from Computer Systems Analyst to Management Consultant
3) Got the lawyer to re-write the company TN letter to immigration to emphasize that the position is for management consultant and provided relevant business analysis experience.
4) Booked my flight ticket.
5) went to pearson, this time it was a different officer. The lady did not see any of my documents except for the letter.
6) Asked me what did in my previous job and what I will do in the next job.
7) Asked if I was goining to create anything in my nre job. Now, this is a very important and tricky question. If you are going for management consultant you should not say you would create anything. You hsoudl say you would only propose solutions.

Vualah.... TN stamped for a year.
