Indian politics has touched a new low. Yedurappa is not worried about how this has tainted BJP's nationwide image. Why would anybody vote for BJP in federal elections now? IMO, the logic seems, since Congress or Mayawati or Laloo can get away with corruption, why shouldn't I?
Also, the article in Indian Express shamelessly mentions caste as a deciding factor in CM's position. It is a pretty shameful reality of Indian political system, and society as whole.

It is very interesting stuff happening in Karnataka.

There were 2 Brahmin CM candidates including former union aviation minister Mr.Anantha Kumar but both were sidelined as they were brahmins and the majority lingayat/gowdas do not want them.
I was in Malleswaram when Yeddy convened his meeting of his supporter but NOBODY showed up.
The difference between Yeddy and Kumarasamy was the Yeddy let a whole lot of people about 788 to earn along with him, while Kumarasamy earned it himself using the Reddy brothers.

I do not see any chance for Mr.Modi as he does not base outside Gujarat.
The lack of BJP wave is the reason why Congress is very OPEN and careless about its corruption and scandal.
Even the current PM Manmohan wanted the PM to be brought into the Lokpal bill the Congress deliberately kept it out as a future insurance for the next PM of India Mr.Raoul Maino aka Rahul Baba.

corruption yes this is what eating away INDIA and guess what different parties, opposition is crying and shouting for stopping the corruption. But who will stop corruption.. The people of the land themselves they need to wake up and understand that any kind of bribe be it small or very large is a crime and sin.
We can only blame govt. to strengthen the law against corruption but its in the end the people of the land whom have to be sincere towards their job and towards their mother land.
Now if I introduce religion here guess who are the most corrupt people in INDIA....whether kongrass or BJP or anyother party..... in the morning they all call for same almighty god ....
As vandemataram said in his few posts hindus are busy in filling their pockets and making big houses and christian evangelist are converting dalits who are dieing for hunger at least these christian evangelists are building their houses and feeding them which their own hindu brothers are neglecting and walking away from their own moral responsibilities.

If by evidence you mean what rubbish Swami G has been pedelling, then you will be disappointed .... making accusations does not mean it is evidence. Yeddy was caught because his organisation took money from the mining lobby and that has been exposed.
Now reaction of a section of people in India is understandable ..... the "party with the difference" has been caught with its hand in the cookie jar as they say ..... so some wild accussations have to be made.
As regards to the conversions ...... there is no danger to hindus ..... they survived a 1000 year of muslim and christian rule ..... if dalits did not convert then, it is highly unlikely they will do it now (though some conversion do take place) ..... secondly dalits are also enjoying the "fruits" of corruption. Today Mayawati has a net worth more then the president of US .... that is legally .... with black money she can give Bill Gates a run for money.
Corruption in India is very democratic and invloves everyone irrespective of cast, creed , colour or religion !!!!

The entry of Lingayat Mutts and Swamis has made mockery of the democratic process. Inside sources has it that Yeddy’s sons are the main culprits, collecting crores. There is no government since the report is out last week of July. But who cares. People don’t. They go along with their routine.
