live out nanny - benefits questions

we had sponsored a live out nanny from abroad.she received her pr card and continue to work with us.

Can I go ahead and pay her a gross amount and ash her to pay her own taxes & ei.Until now I was paying her ei,cpp & taxes etc.I even pay tax on her boarding and loding as of now.

Cannot she declare herself as self employed and file her own taxes going forward as now she has PR status?
