Hi everyone,
Need your advise urgently on following..
Backround:
1.I am applying for quebec immigration as skilled worker.
2.Hired a consultant and as per their assesment we (my wife taken as co-
applicant) are scoring 57 points and qualifying for quebec immigration.
3.Both of us are below 30 years age, both MBA in finance with 5 year work
Ex,no children and our education is been in english.
4.My consultant suggested me to appear for IELTS and get scores ...7.5 in
listening and 6.5 in reading, speaking and writing to be able to claim all 6
points under english language proficiency for quebec immigration.
5.About 80% of my documentaion is ready for making an application for
selection cert except appearing for IELTS & getting required scores as
suggested by consultant.
Guidence required on following:
1. Have read few post which mention that IELTS is not mandatory for quebec
immigration.. but however quebec immigration website mentions it is
required..link
http://www.immigration quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/biq/damascus/dcs-
workers/list-documents.html
suggest that applicants submit IELTS scores...Is it true...?
2.If true what are the required IELTS scores to claim total points under
english language fluency..?
3.I am learning french from Alliance de Francaise and completed about 40
hours of class (basic level 1).i will be awarded a attendance certificate by
end of 60 hour class. Can i claim any points under french language
proficiency by submitting french learning/attendance certificate...?
4.If i do not get required scores as suggested by consultant, will i fail to
qualify & fail to get Quebec selection certificate...
I do not know, how the eligibilty is decided in my knid of case.....please guide..
Thank you,
