I received my passport request from buffalo. Does it means that my PR application is approved and its only matter of getting PR visa stamped on my passport. Please help me. Is there any chances of rejection now after we get passport request.

Chances of rejection are negligible unless some adverse information comes up (inadmissibility on medical or criminal grounds, before the visa is issued.
