Writing something after a long long time. I defintely keep on reading interesting posts/articles for sure. Just that with a busy life, its difficult to visit here regularly.

Our son is turning 4 now and is getting ready for school. I have been researching a bit on various options such as good rating Public schools, Private schools, IB PYP etc..

Every platform has pros and cons but it seems to me that IB is something, which is right in the centre of INDIA and Canada. Kids are extra loaded in India and totally relaxed/easy unto std-8 in Canada. So I wanted something in which my kid gets an overall exposure to everything rather than just books.

Springfield school in Mississauga is the only school in PEEL, which has IB PYP program. It starts form Jr KG.. There are 2/3 more schools in GTA (Oakville, Richmond hill) but for us Mississauga is the right option.

The question is : Has anyone done a research on IB v/s other options? Anything more to my research would be a great help and hence please share your knowledge about IB platform.
