What an anomaly: on one hand we have people covering all of their body including their face on another hand we have people having sex on a Sunday afternoon on a TTC platform while others are filming it on their smartphones.

This incident happened to my friend in a Hasty market on the border of Mississauga/Brampton.
He had gone there to buy milk and was waiting in the line and there was a couple of white boy friend/girl friend who were cuddling and pecking each other with kisses, while the guy kissed the girl on each of the cheek. There was another gentlemen with a long beard of middle eastern origin with his three young kids. He immediately went to the white guy and pulled him away from his girlfriend and started shouting in a raised voice that don't you have any decency and don't you see that I have my young kids with me. Another white guy who was also there immediately pulled our bearded gentleman and told him that this was culture here and if you do not accept this you should either lock up your kids in a room or should go back to your country.

The bearded guy left the store making noise that he will call the cops for indecent behavior.

The moral of this incident is a warning to future immigrants that if you cannot handle this please do not bother to immigrate to CANADA. The immigration process is not just a physical movement but a psychological adjustment. You do not expect the society to change to your needs, but you adjust/adapt to the situation.
WARNING: Mississauga's demography has changed very much and in the next decades people of many other religion/culture will find it difficult to live here and already a mass migration of hindus out of mississauga is happening.

If you do not trust me ask your realtor in privacy.

This incident happened to my friend at blue mountain ski. His wife who is orthdox, wears bindi (red dot), mangalsutra and other related ornaments of married woman. While skiing she fail on her head and could not answer some basic questions..the paramedics arrived wrapped her tightly and put her in chopper to hospital. There when she was 100%. But doctors wanted to get MRI/brain scan. To do that he asked lady to remove her mangalsutra..she denied. She never removed it ever since she was married. She was adamant on keeping all the ornaments…the doctor did not have a choice but to get a written waiver from lady and her husband that she will be kept under observation for 24 hours but they will not be responsible for related consequences.

The moral of this incident is a warning to future immigrants that if you cannot handle this please do not bother to immigrate to CANADA. But at the same time it is not unusual to see similar reactions from various communities and religions.

WARNING: Mississauga's demography has not changed significantly If only Hindus are migrating out then really it is very sad where all the other religions live in harmony only one community have issues. No need to ask realtor just visit any of dozens of Hindu temples in Mississauga over the weekend and you will see reality. I would say Mississauga is perfect multicultural city with equal number of churches, masjids, temples and Gurudwaras. Don’t take decisions on rumors by Extremists.
