It is unlikely this phone will work with Wind or Mobilicity. I do not think it is a good idea to buy phone from India to use to on these two networks unless you are absolutely sure it will work. Manufacturers could have customized their phones according to network they would go on and also country.

No, will not work on WIND. You'd need both freq. UMTS 1700 & 2100

They wont work on WIND and Mobilicity s they use different frequency .
though it will work with Rogers, BELL and Telus .
As far as i understand if phones are cheaper in canada so why bother unless you already have one. Wind and Mobilicity works on 100/2100 freq so be careful incase you are buying it.

I think Galaxy is pentaband and it should work on Wind mobile. Best way to check is T Mobile US website. They also have AWS spectrum. I believe they are selling it.
If you want to be sure, ask this question on HOFO (howard forum). You will get an answer.
BTW, you can get galaxy here in Canada from Virgin Mobile for $600 plus tax. Samsung Nexus and Galaxy phones come unlocked. You can use it with any provider.
