I find this web site very good to share experience with lot of suggestions.

I have a same question like other people asked in other thread.

The POE has right to deport you even you have valid PR card (Although you did not fulfil the time period) or they let you in the Canada but with a provisional entry.

Or what will be the extreme situation in this matter.

In this situation it is good to hire a lawyer or not. Some one has tip to find a good lawyer who is good and has experience to handle these type of cases.

Second, normally what kind of the questions POE are asking. Some one has an idea or suggestion in this regard.

I would be very thankful for the help and support.

If they let you in, then you can do a lot of things to refuse your deportation / request to leave the country. There are a lot of lawyers / pro bono lawyers to help you in this.
However, if the immigration officials refuse your entry at the POE, then it matters a lot as you may not have any lawyer help.
If you are allowed in when you have stayed 3 years + 2 days outside Canada, then they must also allow a person who had stayed 5 years - 2 days outside Canada. This is the Canada that I am a proud citizen of.
This is what senior desi's have to advise us.

Just Curiosity, what are the questions they are asking at the POE. So, I should prepare in advance for these questions.

Long time ago I posted this topic but no one share his or her experience in this matter.

My PR card will expire April 2013 but I did not fulfil the time farme.

Now I want to settle in Canada and I hope POE will let me in. In this regard I want to know which types of questions are asked at the Immigration Office. So I can prepare these questions.

Don't worry ... They will let you in as long as your PR card is valid. It is very very rare that they deport some one who has a valid PR card.

Of course they may ask questions about your staying out side instead of staying in Canada to comply with PR obligations. Have some valid answers that makes sense and impress that you have already made or going to make Canada as your home.

However, you will have some explanation when you renew your PR card ..... at that time let me know.
