What does " in process" means during Canada immigration process.

I have already applied for Canadian immigration in skilled worker class. My application status is showing " in Process" now.

Can somebody explain what all phases it has already crossed and what next.

One day you are going to know .... the period from now till then is called "in process"

"In Process" means "We do not know, when?!, but you stay hopeful ".

It means they did not find any major issues with the paperwork you submitted and they will continue to work on it depending on backlog. You probably will get a letter to do medical before the status changes..so next will most likely be letter for medical if they do not need any additional documents and then you will be asked to get landing visa from embassy once medical is thru..I think the details are there on the cic website.

Even if they find any major issues, they will not put in the net. They send a letter.
