has Apple reached a temporary top, & drifting sideways; or is some-more upside still remaining in this winning streak..
IPAD 3 No new innovation means, no beeline to buy new tablet.. means stock going sideways..
200$ tablets will rule the tablet market.. Nook and KF both have a strong media driven sales approach which will disturb Apples "apple cart" in the space
In the Iphone space Samsung is attacking apple by introducing new models.
Apple has resorted to lawsuits as it things these competitors are real and going to take away market share..
My opinion.. Apple has peaked..
$200 tablets are probably selling at a loss hoping to recover the money from ebook sales. They are really no match for Ipad's versatility and Apple makes a profit from the device also apart from ebooks and apps. Apple believes that Android is copied from their operating system iOS, so they will sue.

Jobs has done enough product development for the next 6 quarters.
It is rumored that he has already approved iPhone 5 for it's launch.
The real stuff from his new team will emerge in 2013 3rd qtr.
That is when the real game will begin.
Already the lack of stylus in apple is being noticed visavis Samsung.
