M.S Chemical Engineer with specific research experience wanted in USA

I was on phone with my friend who is a Director in a specialty chemical company in California.
He has an urgent requirement for a M.S Chemical Engineer with experience in polymerization or handling of Ethylene's or use of inorganic compounds in organic reactions/polymerization.
The job will require for laboratory to plant scale up of process/products.
He will be personally responsible for a pilot plant.
The company is located in California and is run by the most brilliant minds in chemical technology.
If you have the right specific experience are a Canadian Citizen or USG drop in a mail to me.
This position will fill fast.

oops..sorry, tried to make a humor out of requirement. Look at the subject of original post....It more sounds like US is looking for a terrorist with specific skills and mostly by above agencies.
