I recently went to India for a visit and got a couple of handbags from Da Milano. My online research of this brand showed that its an Indian company which designs all bags with real leather in pretty and modern designs however they copy other designers quite openly.

Many of their bags look like Hermes, LV etc.

I wanted to know if any 'sakhi's' had any personal experience with this brand, their customer service etc.

My common sense dictates that these fakes must be being imported from China, notwithstanding your online research. If I am paying 15% of the original, I would not care about the quality of product or customer care. One trip to China bazar in NY, you can buy any fake for 15% of original price

Nightmare - trust me. I wouldnt spend a penny to support the 'fake' handbag market.
Da Milano is a bonafide designer company who takes artistic licence from other designer bags. Most designers copy each other to an extent.

They are not 'pretending' to be louis vuitton, Hermes, Chanel etc.
