Yes I tried to contact the Delhi Office directly.Sent them mails three times but got no relevant response from them, thats why I went to the MP office

Don't worry peace - u will get news soon - u r lucky enough that they didn't send interview , which is good news so far.
it seems like ur medical is expired , that is bad news but look at bright side... this will give you an good point to open ur subject with CIC agent... ask them if you need to do medical again and process etc.... u may need to call couple of time to get good supportive CIC agent , they will tell you the updates..
Mp office is very important - sometime CIC doesn't reply our inquiry but they will reply mp office with valid reason for delayed...
Make sure to keep calm with MP office , ... u need to gain their sympathy , go with whole family at the office , explain them your situation - they will surely followup wth cic and get back to u with updates or reason for delayed
remember, not to get frustrated at cic or mp office, just be calm and push them slowly to help you... i can tell that because i have been to this situations and i got frustrated so many time with same reply again and again but i had kept my cool , and time to time i used to get some updates from them..
AGAIN, no need to worry , u will get positive result soon

Hello I am new on this forum. my application to sponsor parents got approved and sent to new Delhi for further processing after 4.5 years in JAN 2013. I received letter from CIC that the decision has been made and application has been forwarded to local visa office.i need to know how new Delhi office contact the applicant for further processing of their application, either by e-mail or by post. do they send letter or e-mail to sponsoring person in Canada or to sponsored person in India if they need medical or passport. Thanks.

I am also waiting for my parents immigration. They submitted their medical and passports in Dec2012 but haven't heard back yet from Canadian embassy(in New Delhi). All I see is long wait.......

These days it generally takes 6 month to 12 months after medical... three cases i know including me took almost 11 months. but at the end all is well - so be calm and just keep your try continue by calling or faxing CIC

Don't keep calling CIC.. That does not help.. Your turn will come when your turn will come..
For those whose parents received PR visa stamped passports from New Delhi, the passport were delivered by registered Indian Post or by private curior companies like Blu Dart or Purolator?

GOT VISA WITH IN COUPLE OF MONTHA FETRE MEDICALL ARRIVE IN MARCH 2013
