Parents visiting to USA in OCT

Hi

My parents will be visiting USA in Oct 2012. I want them to come to Canada to visit me as well. So I will start the application process for them now...
Few questions.

1) Should I send my side of papers to them and ask them to include their papers and send the pkg to VFS in New delhi by mail? or they hv to go in person..

2) Fee is payable to High commission + VFS service chg fee, both have to be separate bank drafts??

3) Can I send the certified checks from here in CAD for above

In my experience, better to deal in local currency

How do we pay for VFS fee (which says only in cash), when we are sending the papers thru' courier to them.

Can we submit the papers directly to "Canadian High Commission" thru' courier?? for parents visitor visa.

You can submit your application directly to consulate in New Delhi.

Do they send back the documents by courier to my parents
so they chg extra to do it

they only send original passport through registered post at applicant's communication address. they don't charge extra fee for sending our passport back
