I was in student visa for a year, But did not study when I was there(canada),
now I am in india and now I want to come back.
I have Multiple entry Visa till July 31st so now can I come back,
In airport do they question me
If yes what should I tell
In my opinion, chances are 50% - 50%
By one standpoint, they must let you enter since you have valid multiple entry visa.
But they will for sure ask questions on your studies.
You can say you are going to attend graduation ceremony, but thats not possible either because you don't have graduation confirmation.
Give it a try, at least you won't regret that you did not do your efforts.
if any of the answer to following question is NO, do not give it a try, after all it costs to move ;
- you have clear option for extension of visa (student or work permit) ?
- papers all set to apply first day ?
- there is no 45/60 day prior rule of reapplying for student visa or work permit whatever is your case ?
your best bet as an answer to the officer will be - personal career counseling with your college counselor for further studies, In case sometime back you got some letter to come and meet or result sheet by institute it will be better.
You will be surely asked abt expiring visa, clearly tell your intentions to apply for extension as soon as possible. tell them your papers are ready. (which should be :-))
your purpose of going back to India was family emergency.
Whatever, stick to the purpose of studies being your reason to return as that is what your visa about. Any other reason will put you under shower of questioning.
You should know better your options as a student , use that !!

Hello brothers finally I am in canada, They asked me several questions i went thru immigaration officers it was hell, finally relieved thank u freinds.
Now have to keep my status alive.

Last I checked and heard, India is booming and everyone is enjoying the fat paychecks, luxury cars, same lifestyle as here, etc.? Did you try there itself? Canada, alongwith US is already going down.
Too many problems in India right now.... People are fed up.... Water, electricity, traffic, competition, admissions, corruption......
