Hello people

We are planning to buy a house and before going to the agent, we are trying to get information about different areas.

Right now I am interested in 3 areas out of which Malton looks good for us, but I have no more information about that area. We visited the area and the area looks like more of a desi area with quite streets & old houses.

If any of you fine people have experience of those area (living there right now or have lived there in the past) can you please share those with us. How is the area for KIDS (I have a 9 yr old) ??? & how is other facilities ??? & most important what difficulties/problems I might have living in that area ????

I am talking about area between AIRPORT ROAD & HWY 27 north of Derry road untill Steeles

Me personally....I did not like Malton I was Petrified when I first saw the neighbourhood
may be because I lived in Europe for Long enough that Malton made me sick.
