I intend to apply for the PIO card and one of the requirements is the submission of the copy of the landing paper.
Fortunately, I had a copy of the landing paper and I submitted with the application along with the other documents. During the submission, the officer wanted the originals to verify. I informed him that I had to surrender the landing paper during the oath. Now he wants me to go to the Canadian immigration office and have it attested saying "Its a true copy of the original"; it is not clear to me whether the Canadian immigration office will accept my request for attestation.
Has anyone had this similar problem if so can he/she provide me with advise?
Thanx
Did you find the solution I am having same problem
