My son, a 9 year old boy, landed in Canada in Aug,2000. But now he is living in China with his grandparents. As the old policy, he can come back Canada anytime with his landing paper (no restricton before 19) if I am the permenent resident living in Canada.
Is it possible I do the application of PR card for him with his passport,landing paper and the current photos? Or, at least , when does he has to show up in the process of the application and how long it will be take?
